This video shows a characteristic pattern of frontal lung point, an all-or-nothing rule, where an A’-profile is suddenly replaced by, here, a B-profile, in concert with respiratory cycle. In this patient, the lung point was localized around the PLAPS-point, indicating a substantial volume of pneumothorax. |
